Altair III, more commonly known as the Third Planet from Altair, was a planet in the Altair system, the third from that star. It was home to the Alanian people, and was the source of a mysterious message sent to Earth, which prompted Earth to sent the starship Aloha to investigate. ("The Third Planet from Altair")
Physical characteristics[]
The planet has clouds shaped into perfect rings around the planet, which suggests it's not natural. Within the clouds is a city in the air, which is abandoned. ("The Third Planet from Altair")
